We recommend 1–2 weeks ahead, and earlier during major trade shows. Urgent requests can be arranged up to 1–2 days in advance — just message us on WhatsApp.
After the contract is signed, we send an invoice. A 40% deposit secures your booking, and the remaining 60% is due 14 days before the service date. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Yes. We issue official invoices and receipts for your company's expense reporting.
Of course. Airport transfers and single-day bookings are welcome. If you need company visits or a study tour, we're happy to help plan it.
Yes. If a meeting runs long or you need an extra stop, just let us know and we'll adjust (overtime charges may apply).
